Browse our design catalogues and find an invitation to suit you and your event*. Our designer will personalise each design for YOUR event to include your photograph(s), name, age and event details. You can also request ‘special guest information’ or colours changes to be included at no extra cost. All you have to do is let us know how to tailor the design to your needs!
*If you are unable to find a design to suit your needs, please contact us about having a CUSTOM DESIGNED invitation created for your event. We offer a print-it-yourself custom design service for just $19 and are confident that we will be able to design you the perfect invitation.

Place your order using our simple online order form. There is an ‘order’ link on each preview page, or you can access the form from the top menu. Make sure you fill in all the required fields otherwise your form will not send! Once you hit the send button, you will be shown a “Thank you” screen and then redirected back to the PIY home page. If you do not see this message, please contact us to verify your order has been received.

Review your proof. You will be sent a proof of your personalised invitation design via email within 24-48hrs of your order being received. Check over all the details and layout and let us know what changes you need made by reply email or giving us a call. We are happy to do up to three (3) rounds of editing to get your invitation just right for your event at no extra cost. Additional or unreasonable changes may incur additional costs, but you will be advised in advance if this is the case.

Once you are happy with your design, make your payment! You will be sent an invoice with your first proof which outlines your payment options and the amount due. See our payment options page for more information.
Your electronic design will be sent as soon as your cleared payment is received in our account. Printed invitations will be printed on the day that your payment clears, and will be posted on the next business day. You will be notified via email once your parcel is in the mail!

All of our invitations are sent electronically as high resolution, .jpg and .pdf files* in ready to print format. Once you receive your invitations, you have to choice to print them at home, as a 4x6” photo at your local digital photo printing retailer (such as K-mart or Harvey Norman) or taking them to your local Officeworks store or print shop. We will send you information about each file type so that you get the best quality print possible and are always available to help if you need assistance. You will always have your design on hand for extra prints, last minute emails or scrap booking at a later date.
*If you would like to email your invitations instead of printing, let us know and we will send you a file perfect for this use!

All that’s left to do is send your invitations to your guests. Whether printed or sent via email, we guarantee they will be impressed and excited to get to your event!

My gorgeous children - the inspiration behind many of my designs.

In April 2010, I launched PIY Invitations on Facebook and haven’t looked back! I absolutely love creating personalised designs for my kids and friends and often find my inspiration from their favourite games, imagination and mischievous activities.

I work from home, in a make shift office around the games, laughter and inevitable fighting of my two excitable children. Print It Yourself Invitations & Design is wholly and solely a Western Australian owned and run WAHP business. All products are designed by myself, with the occasional complex graphic purchased from deposit photo or etsy when I am just too busy to draw it myself. There are no pre-purchased templates from e-bay here!
